APPLYING TO ANACAPA

Thank you for your interest in applying to Anacapa School!

Anacapa is still accepting applications for the 2024/25 school year. If you are interested in applying for this school year, complete the inquiry form as soon as possible so we can start the application process.

If you are interested in applying for the 2025/26 school year, please follow the admissions process below. Applications for the 2025/26 school year will be available in September.

THE ADMISSIONS PATH

  1. Complete the Inquiry Form

  2. Schedule an initial phone conversation

  3. Arrange a campus tour

  4. Student interview

  5. Schedule a shadow day for your child (if available)

  6. Submit a completed application

  7. Admissions decisions communicated

APPLICAITON MATERIALS

Anacapa’s admission standards are selective and involve successful completion of the following pieces of the Application for Admissions:

  • Student and Parent Statements

  • Academic Release Form for Transcripts (submitted upon acceptance)

  • Recent report cards and standardized test scores (if available)

  • Three letters of recommendation:

    • Two academic references

    • One personal reference from a non-family adult
